Kesinambungan dari entryku semalam..sedih sokmo gamoknye ye..hmm..memang sedey tau..xtipu..kalau citer dengan ince' housemate balik2 die kate, "takde nampak gemuk pon!" haisyyy...yang aku lebey risaukan mmg bukan masalah kegemukan tp masalah fitness..ok aku mmg since dulu bukan jenis yg bersukan so basically aku mmg xfit kot..tapi at least aku akan buat something untuk badan kasi peluh contoh masuk dancing clasess ke..join aerobik ke..benda2 tu sume dah lame aku tinggalkan..termasuklah yoga..huwaaa mmg sdey rase...nak sangat buat balik..tp maybe keazaman kurang..
malam tadi aku check BMI..ok mmg dah lame juge x check..and sangat terkejut bile BMI aku tinggal 1 point je untuk masuk overweight!hah??!! mmg terkejut..and yg pasti scale kat rumah ni mmg xbape accurate kot..so entah2 aku mmg dah overweight dah..husyyhh..dengan keadaan dah berlaki dan beranak, xmustahil BMI tu akan terus naik dan naikk lagi!pfttt..so obviously its time for me to do something..hmmm..and diet is not really a good choice for me..hehe
aku baru je baca blog nurul..ok mmg sangat suke biler nurul dpt buat sume yoga poses..and xnampak tense langsung..very relax..besttnyeee..urghhh..I love u nurul! Just so u know, u really makes me fall in love into yoga again(but I never hate yoga..I know ada fatwa kata x ok) but, we just did the physical practices anyway..and I think that's fine..as long as we feel healthy..hehe..and to nurul, just a small correction, we started in 2008 la baby..:D
soooooo....my new resolution is...I'll start into yoga again..just the basic poses at least..insyaAllah mudah2an aku dpt kekalkan..I wont expect too much for the beginning..Friday and Monday are going to be the yoga days..at least dapat buat 20min pon dah ok..so for the starting, I will get a new yoga mat tomorrow, and I've downloaded Sara Ivanhoe punye yoga DVD.. just for me to remind the right postures I should do..I know there are heaps of good DVDs out there, but I just love it, look at her body and voices..very gracious movements and look so relaxing and calming.. :)
I want to be flexible again. Just like in the picture. It was taken back in 2008 at Dataran Bandaraya JB...dengan sape lg..dengan Nurul lah! hehehe merepek kan kitorang...hikhik..;p
a note to my ince' housemate, sile bagi semangat and support the environment ok..ngehehehhe

jangan sedih sgt.. tapi yoga mmg best.. aku dulu pernah masuk kelas yoga.. 1st month memang stress nk buat sbb bdn keras.. but bila da lame2 ok.. tapi tetibe kuar fatwa.. aku malas nk menjawab so dah lame xbuat.. hohoho. jadi mmg keras lagi berkarat la gamaknye

ila..that's y really diff to be a woman.hahaha.sume menda nk pk.rs gemok skit dh risau bagai.haha. chayok2!! insyallah boleh. teringt plak dlu g aerobik ngn shida sume lepas kelas.bestkn!miss the moment. nway....selamat berusaha!pasni update tau!nnti pas bersalin leh la akak jdkn ila idola utk kurus plak.heheh
