huhu aku tengah mode malassss lagi..btw ingat x aku ada hantar paper aritu?alhamdulillah dah accepted..conference kecik2 je..kat malaysia June ni..xpela if I never climb the 1st step then there will be no second step...owh haha betol ke ayat aku ni?belasah sudah la labuuuu...so sebenarnye ada correction kena buat..tapi dari tadi xbuat2 pon..padahal lagi bape hari je ni nak kena re-submit..dari tadi dok memikir masalah lain dalam study..ermm rasenye aku dah dapat kot framework of my study..mudah2an yang kali ni yang betol2 punye la..kalo x aku asek merewang2 je..huhu...

ermm sebenarnye saje je nak meluahkan kemusykilan kat sini..nothing serious..tadela cume heran la sket..lately ni aku perati ramai betol yang suke buat luahan perasaan kat FB..owh itu mmg common ye..aku pon suke wat luahan perasaan gak..tapi patut ke kalo sebagai cikgu nak bercakap pasal anak muridnye kat FB ek..u xpandai itu..u xpandai ini..citer pasal u x pass test..u tak buat assignment..xhantar assignment..u x hormat I..I am ur teacher, so u suppose to show ur respect..owh ini adalah luahan random sahaja..xde merujuk kepada mane2 orang pon..

I personally think this is not good for teaching environment...I have been a teacher(so-called) since 2005..dengan pengalaman yang xbanyak ni aku belaja pasal emosi student..aku pon penah jadi student..and I was not that good either..every student progress in very different way..ada yang focus ada yang x focus..and aku rase sesungguhnye sangat xpatut kalau kite semakin buat diorang lose their focus...and salah satu caranye dengan tulis luahan2 perasaan sebegitu kat FB..if we want to earn respect from other, we also have to respect them first..no matter who they are...there are human like us!and I think every time I read these kind of luahan perasaan I personally think(again) that the maturity is not there..u have to handle(or learn to handle) your anger and think about how your student will look at you...do you think by doing that u will get the respect?fikir2kan...
