am having severe heartburn..God please help me..=(

Lately ni aku rasa macam terbakar kat throat n esophagus sampai lah ke ulu hati..aduh dilla dilla...lepas satu2 lah kau ni...aritu thyroid..alhamdulillah lah dah ok..

hmm..wat kind of sensation is that??i dunno how to explain this, but it really feels like u just swallow a spoon of ratpoison..its burning inside me..n the liquid stuck in the middle of his journey to my stomach..haha macam tu pon boleh eh..?hmm macam la aku penah minum racun ek..

thank God it not happen everyday..but when it came i really felt like cabut2 tekak jap n basuh ngan warm water n then pasang balik..adui tuhan aje lah yang tau...ape benda sebenarnye ni hah??tertanye2 betol aku..orang lain pon cam aku ke?ke aku je yang pelik2?huk3...

setelah hampir sebulan pertanyaan dalam pale otak aku ni tak berjawab akhirnye aku dah dapat jawapannye..rupenye tulah yang dipanggil heartburn ye tuan2 dan puan2..it often called as acid reflux...it happens bcoz of the hormone increased in our body...n the fact is, its not only can happen pada perempuan mengandung je...tapi boleh berlaku pada sesape je..but it easily happen to preggy women like me though ;-) the burning sensation usually comes and goes until the baby is born..so nothing much to be worried dilla dearie..hehe..

and a bunch of thanks to this website yang banyak betol mengajar aku pasal selok belok wanita mengandung ni ye...and actually ada banyak lagi very informative sites yang kite leh refer nowadays kan..cume antara sempat x sempat je lah nak bukak n study...thats wat we call technology..informasi di hujung jari..;-)

well website tu kate, we may not be able to completely eliminate the problem but anyhow we can reduce the burning sensation..so antara tips2 nye macam kat bawah ni lah..

  • Don't eat foods that are known heartburn triggers. These include chocolate, citrus fruits and juices, tomatoes and tomato-based products, mustard, vinegar, mint products, and spicy, highly seasoned, fried, and fatty foods. For a complete list of foods to avoid, check out this chart. ->>hehehe..choclate la yang paling aku suke sekali..nyam3..
  • Avoid drinks containing caffeine (coffee, tea, cola) because these can relax the LES and allow acid to reflux back into the esophagus. ->>ala yeke..lately ni macam suke minum teh je..huaaaahhh
  • Avoid alcohol. Alcohol relaxes the LES. Read the article on alcohol and heartburn for more information. ->>eh takleh ke??hehehhehe...
  • Don't eat big meals. Eat several small meals throughout the day instead. ->>memang ponnn..dah tau dah..=p
  • Don't rush through your meals. Take your time eating, and chew thoroughly. ->>helloo kite makan bertata susila tau..ngehehe...
  • Wait at least three hours after your last meal before going to bed. ->>hehe macam selaluuuuuuu je dinner lambat ..   \(^ ^)/
  • It's important to drink plenty of water during pregnancy (8-10 glasses daily) along with other fluids, but don't drink these only at mealtimes. Large quantities of fluids can distend your stomach, putting more pressure on the LES and forcing it to open inappropriately. Drink some of your fluids in between meals.  ->>woww 10 gelas??
  • Sleep with your head and shoulders propped up with a wedge pillow or elevate the head of your bed six to eight inches. This will allow gravity to work for you and it will help keep your stomach acids where they should be--in your stomach and not in your esophagus. For some tips on easing nighttime heartburn, read this article. ->>dah try buat, tapi cam semak je...huk2..
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You need to avoid any tightness around your waist and stomach. ->>ok..
  • Bend at the knees instead of at the waist. Bending at the waist puts more pressure on your stomach.  ->>emmm...
  • Sit upright in a comfortable chair rather than slouching. ->>nak beli comfortable chair mahal sangat la..terpaksa la pakai 2nd hand chair taken from the uni..ngehehe...
  • Gain a sensible amount of weight and stay within the guidelines your doctor suggests. Too much of a weight, and obesity, puts more pressure on your stomach, and can force stomach contents through the LES and into your esophagus.  ->>macam xbape naik badan je(hehe perasan)
  • Don't smoke. While your doctor may urge you break the habit because you're pregnant, smoking can also increase your odds of experiencing heartburn. Read about smoking and heartburn to find out the reasons smoking increases heartburn. ->> nak smoke jugak..nak jugak..huhu
  • You should always check with your doctor before taking any over-the-counter remedies while pregnant, but there are a few choices you have that can help eliminate heartburn. Some heartburn relievers such as Tums, Maalox, Mylanta, Rolaids, or Gaviscon may prove helpful. Again, it's important that you check with your doctor before taking any of these remedies. ->>baik boss...
so dengan ini aku menempelkan die di sini supaya menjadi rujukanku untuk masa2 akan datang..so takyah la pening2 lagi nak mencari ye...yang penting mmg two thumbs up untuk website tu..suke lah..

**DiLLaiLa~~ apa khabar baby ku? ;-)
